Kids Yoga for Everyone

 

We believe that every child should have the opportunity to experience yoga and all it's wonder! The spontaneity, creativity, adventure, fun & connection that it ignites brightens the lives of those it touches & everyone deserves that light. Glow Yoga Kids is delighted to donate our Rainbow style yoga in partnership with some incredible events in the Edmonton area.

2023

July and August

This summer we have partnered with the Edmonton Public Libraries to bring yoga to everyone all around the city. These classes are geared towards children 6-12, and include connection activities, creative and unique yoga sequencing, relaxation, quiet time and of course lots of fun!  You can find Glow Yoga Kids at 6 different locations during July and August, be sure to check the full schedule for more details: epl.ca/SummerStarts

Kids Fringe is BACK and we are sharing yoga on 4 different dates! Best of all, it's for everyone.
You can join us for 30 minute classes:

Saturday August 19 @ 12:15pm
Wednesday August 23 @ 2:15pm
Saturday August 26 @ 10:30am
Sunday August 27 @ 11:30am

 Kids Fringe runs from August 18 - 27  at  Light Horse Park - 10324 85 Ave NW.
