Community-style yoga classes aim to strike a balance between repetition and novelty, fostering a deeper comprehension of yoga in our students, along with a sense of achievement and pride.
Weekly sessions offer a vibrant mix of traditional and contemporary yoga and mindfulness exercises. In a nurturing and enjoyable setting, students are encouraged to explore movement through activities like games, partner exercises, trust-building activities, dance, and inventive yoga postures. Additional practices include child-focused breathing techniques, meditation, music, art, and relaxation. The classes follow themes and are designed to facilitate progressive learning.
If your child(ren) are enrolling as first-time students at Glow Yoga Kids for any of the classes listed, it is required to complete a waiver form, which can be found here:
