Community League Yoga Programming
Glow Yoga community based programming is for everyone and is structured to bring communities together. We offer a variety of programming including registered classes for all ages and family yoga. Our classes focus on connection and cultivating individual light and self-expression, allowing the participants to feel safe and supported in their own skin within the group and in their community. We bring the studio to you, providing all of the necessary equipment to turn any space into your personal yoga studio. Each of our programs are customizable and work directly with the needs of each community league. Please note that we will be implementing safety procedures during the Covid19 pandemic including but not limited to masked teachers, hand sanitizer stations and social distancing.
